MHG Model Gyratory Separation Screener
1. General
MHG series Gyratory Separation Screener is similar with M serial gyratory screen separator such as the separation principle, separation efficiency and application, the major difference is the screen structure.
2. Structure of the Gyratory screen Separator
2.1 Deck side access structure
For the MHG model gyratory screen separator, the major feature is that could change mesh from the two side of the screen box, and the operator just need open the side access doors to do the mesh panel changing work, do not need to open the top cover or discharge the inlet and outlet flexible connection, so it is one very easy work for the mesh maintenance work.
2.1 Composite Screen Deck Structure
For most separation screening equipment and sifting equipment, one layer deck consist one complete deck mesh, one layer deck equal to one piece deck mesh or mesh panel.
For MHG model gyratory screen separator, one layer deck could consist 1 to 8 equal area mesh panel refer to separator mesh area. So each mesh deck area is the 1/2 to 1/8 of one layer deck, it save the mesh maintenance area.
2.How it do the Gyratory Separator Reciprocating Motion
The Gyratory Reciprocating Motion gradually transitions along the length of the machine, starting off as purely gyratory motion at the head, then moving to elliptical movement in the center and reverting back to reciprocating toward the end.
Stage 1 Circular motion at feed end
Stage 2 Elliptical motion at center
Stage 3 Reciprocating linear motion at discharge end
